Don’t Commute … Scoot!

Mike Frankovich stopped by Jay Leno’s Garage to show off the Genuine Scooter Company’s Black Jack 150. I thought his presentation was kinda flat, but new fatherhood will do that to ya. (Lack of sleep, you know!)
