Shipping
Most items are shipped as soon as possible, typically by the following business day. You will get an email confirming each shipment, with a tracking number if possible.
In the even that a particular item is out of stock, we will contact you via email informing you of the situation, and instructing you how to cancel the purchase of that particular item if you so choose. If an order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, with out-of-stock items being shipped as they come in.
In the event that we split your order, you will not be charged additional shipping for items shipped separately.
Billing
Although we process your credit card immediately to authorize payment, we do not bill you until your purchase is shipped.
Returns
A Return Materials Authorization is required for all returns. Contact us to receive an RMA.
- Electrical Parts, Cleaning Supplies, and Oils are not returnable.
- Engine Parts and Body Parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All other items may be returned for a full refund.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition, complete with original packaging if any. Parts can only be returned within 30 days of original receipt. We will inspect the item to ensure it is still in new condition and issue a refund to your credit card.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
