Spokeswoman and Male Model Contest Entry Form

We’re looking for local Stars to represent Urban Village Scooters (UVS). The Spokeswoman will be the focus of Print Ads, TV Commercials, Live Events, and more. Our Male Model will perform many of the same duties. This is a chance to shine and break into a very cool profession representing great companies like UVS and to work with great production companies like ITI Productions (ITI). And here’s what you’re competing for…Prizes

  • Spokeswoman Grand Prize: Schwinn Valo 50 valued at $1999
  • Male Model Grand Prize: TomTom Rider 2nd edition valued at $649
  • The Top Ten will all receive gift certificates valued at $20
  • And all entrants will receive T-Shits and Discount Certificates.
  • Also for all of the budding actors and models; Every Entrant will be listed in ITI’s Talent Database. ITI always looks in their database for actors and models before going to the Talent Agencies, so you’ll have a real shot at getting professional work here in the Rochester area and throughout the US where ITI produces everything from TV commercials, to documentaries, to educational programming, and more.
